About me
I bring device management, identity, cloud operations and infrastructure into one dependable system. My work spans Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft 365, plus Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox and Teams Rooms. I also look after telephony, CCTV, nurse-call systems and networking across more than 55 care home sites. I design practical controls that keep devices secure without making work harder for people.
